“Everything is in flux”. , “You cannot step into the same river twice, for other waters are continually flowing on.” This is the statement made by the great Greek philosopher Heraclitus. This statement meant that everything is in constant change. All is changing into something new, something positive and something good. The reality of change is experienced by everyone in the universe. The philosopher strongly believed that change is permanent and bound to occur.
We live in the Web world, where we feel so much of connectivity, speed communication and fast growing development due to internet. We cannot deny the tremendous revolution internet/ web world has brought in the life of the people and in every sphere of life on this earth.
Dear teachers, parents, students and lovers of Don Bosco, Jumaikela. I am happy that our Don Bosco English Medium School, Jumaikela is also becoming the part of that tremendous change by having its’ own website. This is a small leap towards transformation and newness. And I firmly believe that this will bring about so much of change in the life of School and the students. I would call “SCHOOL” in one word, i.e., “TRANSFORMTION”.
The School which is called the ‘temple of education’ cannot but bring this transformation in the life of students, society and in the world at large. Where is School, there is transformation. Education molds, brings awareness, develops skills of students and makes them into new person. It brings changes in the life style of the person. It should make the person ever new and ever better. Therefore someone has rightly said,” Education is power”. I wish and pray that Don Bosco English Medium School, Jumaikela, may bring about great change in the life of our dear students and the locality around.
